From arrival to checkout, we have organized the process in the order of your stay.

1. Arrival · Front Desk
Please provide your name to the front desk staff in the lobby. If you have a lot of luggage, we can help with storage before or after check-in.

2. Check-in
After verifying your ID, we will provide you with your room key. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. The exact time may vary depending on your package, so please confirm with the front desk.

3. Room Use
Instructions for in-room amenities, temperature, and lighting are available on the homepage. Please request any additional items from the front desk.

4. Checkout
Simply return your room key to the front desk. If you need luggage storage after checkout, it can be stored on the right side of the front desk.

Front Desk
We assist with room inquiries, amenity requests, and local information. You can scan the QR code in your room to contact the front desk directly.
Room Amenity Requests
If you need additional towels or amenities, please contact the front desk. Amenity sets are available for purchase at ₩3,000 per set for two guests.
Room Cleaning
If you insert your key card into the room, cleaning will not be performed. When you remove your key card and leave, we will clean your room. If you need an additional key card, please request one at the front desk.
WiFi
The WiFi name matches your room number. No separate password is required.
Luggage Storage
We offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Please place your luggage in the red-lined area to the right of the front desk.

View Instructions
Inserting Your Key CardPlease insert it all the way in downward. Never insert other cards. If you experience any room issues, remove and reinsert your key card.
Removing Your Key CardPlease fully remove your key card when going out. If you leave the key card inserted, your room will not be cleaned.
How to Use the Air ConditionerPoint the remote at the air conditioner sensor on your room ceiling. The air conditioner is cooling-only. Cooling will only work in cooling mode as shown in the diagram. To change the mode, typically press the button on the second row to the right.
Heating and Lighting AdjustmentYou can adjust heating temperature and lighting using the controller on your room wall. If you have difficulty operating heating, please contact the front desk.
Sink and Bathtub DrainageYou can open and close the drain for the sink and bathtub by pressing the drain button.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. The exact time may vary depending on your reserved room type and package, so please contact the front desk for accurate information.
Is late checkout (extended time) available?
Time extension costs ₩10,000 per hour. Availability depends on the situation at the time of arrival, so please contact the front desk.
Is parking available?
Parking availability depends on your reserved room type. Additionally, the parking tower only accommodates passenger vehicles and is not available for electric vehicles. Please contact the front desk before your visit if you plan to bring a vehicle, and we will provide guidance.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking areas. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure the rest of other guests. A smoking booth is available on the main street directly in front of the hotel for your convenience.
Can I stay with pets?
For the safety and hygiene of other guests, pets are not allowed in any rooms. We appreciate your understanding.
I left something behind
Lost items are kept at the front desk for a certain period. Please provide your check-out date and room number, and we will help you locate it.

Room upgrades depend on the situation at the time of arrival. Please contact the front desk for details.
